At Art of Massage Institute, our 650-hour Master Massage Therapy Program is designed for those who want more than just the basics. This comprehensive program equips you with the advanced skills, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to stand out in today’s competitive massage industry.

You’ll receive a well-rounded education in both the theory and practice of massage therapy—but what truly sets this program apart is the internship.

What Makes the Master Program Different?

In Texas, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist requires just 500 total hours—450 in the classroom and lab, and 50 hours of hands-on internship. While that may meet state requirements, we believe it doesn’t always meet real-world demands.

That’s why our Master Program includes 200 hours of supervised, hands-on massage therapy provided to the general public in our student clinic—four times the state minimum. These additional hours give you the time, repetition, and experience to sharpen your techniques, build your confidence, and truly develop your “massage hands.”

By the time you graduate, you’ll be better prepared, more marketable, and more equipped to step into a professional setting with ease.
